Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, fostering strong professional relationships.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure compliance with plans.</li><li>Prepare detailed daily reports, documenting site activities and progress, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to keep everyone informed.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules, providing input on resource allocation and forecasting potential risks to project timelines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, conducting necessary inspections and obtaining required permits for construction activities.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries, addressing concerns from clients, architects, and engineers with professionalism and clarity.</li><li>Manage site health and safety protocols, leading safety briefings and ensuring all personnel are trained and compliant with safety standards.</li><li>Support the project manager in the planning and execution of construction methodologies, contributing to innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff, fostering an environment of learning and growth while promoting teamwork and collaboration.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.</li><li>A minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of hands-on marble industry experience, demonstrating a strong track record in marble installation, fabrication, finishing, and project execution.</li><li>Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) to aid in planning and execution.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure and develop effective solutions on-the-fly.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate project requirements and facilitate collaboration among teams.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus, especially for international projects or diverse teams.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Technical Drawing Creation<ul><li>Prepare Detailed Drawings: Create accurate, clear, and comprehensive technical drawings, including 2D and 3D designs, for various marble products such as countertops, tiles, cladding, sculptures, and flooring.</li><li>Use CAD Software: Employ AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software tools to design marble components that align with architectural specifications.</li><li>Shop Drawings: Produce shop drawings for manufacturing purposes, indicating precise measurements, cutting lines, and material quantities.</li></ul>2. Design Coordination<ul><li>Client and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to understand the design requirements and constraints of each project.</li><li>Design Modifications: Incorporate client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs to ensure that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.</li><li>Customization: Work with the design team to create customized designs for unique or complex marble projects, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client expectations.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentWork Location: In person
