 In this role, you will own the full mini-lifecycle of incoming Incidents &amp; Change Requests:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze the request like a Business Analyst
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop simple solutions yourself (
 
 mainly with MS SQL &amp; C#/.NET
 
 )
 </li>
 <li>
 Debug and run root-cause analysis for sustainable fixes
 </li>
 <li>
 Test &amp; validate together with users
 </li>
 <li>
 Close with clear communication &amp; documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Note:
 
 All customer communication is in English.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re looking for
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with
 
 MS SQL / T-SQL
 
 (queries, views, stored procedures, performance tuning)
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid
 
 C#/.NET
 
 skills (OOP, LINQ; experience with REST APIs is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to understand business processes &amp; software systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal &amp; written
 
 English
 
 (customers, product owners, developers, offshore teams, management)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 Manual Testing
 
 and preferably
 
 Automated Testing
 
 ; awareness of
 
 Performance/Security Testing
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3+ years
 
 in software development or business analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 (Preferred) Experience with
 
 Azure DevOps
 
 and work item tracking/CI-CD
 </li>
 </ul>
