Operation Analyst Developer

Since 1997, Siskon Industrial Automation has delivered innovative solutions in process control, industrial automation, and custom software development. We’re expanding our Operation Team and looking for a hands-on teammate.

In this role, you will own the full mini-lifecycle of incoming Incidents & Change Requests:

• Analyze the request like a Business Analyst
• Develop simple solutions yourself ( mainly with MS SQL & C#/.NET )
• Debug and run root-cause analysis for sustainable fixes
• Test & validate together with users
• Close with clear communication & documentation

Note: All customer communication is in English.

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL / T-SQL (queries, views, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Solid C#/.NET skills (OOP, LINQ; experience with REST APIs is a plus)
• Ability to understand business processes & software systems
• Excellent verbal & written English (customers, product owners, developers, offshore teams, management)
• Experience with Manual Testing and preferably Automated Testing ; awareness of Performance/Security Testing
• 3+ years in software development or business analysis
• (Preferred) Experience with Azure DevOps and work item tracking/CI-CD
