We are hiring a Front Office Assistant, approx. 32 hours a week. We are looking for someone with an amazing, extroverted personality, that is truly a people person. Duties:<ul><li>Receptionist Duties: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department - Ensure reception area and front lobby is tidy and presentable</li><li>Accounts: Take payments and create invoices using Gingr computer software</li><li>Phones/Email: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and email - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email</li><li>Scheduling appointments - Update calendars, schedule client consultations, book reservations</li><li>Other Clerical Duties - Filing, photocopying, transcribing, and receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries</li><li>Master the Gingr computer software</li><li>Take client dogs to boarding area.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Exceptional multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills</li><li>Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Must be a self-starter and self-motivated</li><li>Dependability (reliable mode of transportation &amp; commitment to hours needed)</li><li>Leadership &amp; Customer service skills</li><li>One year Front Office Assistant experience required - QuickBooks experience a plus but not required</li><li>Must have a professional attitude and appearance</li><li>Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Serious inquiries only.Pay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Tips</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
