Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for Solution Design ensuring the most viable, effective solution is designed to meet customers&rsquo; requirements.</li><li>Verify that the order documentation meets the requirements identified in respect of the proposed solution design.</li><li>Provide an escalation route for customer/prospect and sales team for initial technical and design issues.</li><li>Formulate responses for tender submissions, including the participation on the Bid Team as required.</li><li>Provide assistance to Projects function, in particular in the fulfillment of technical and design responses already sold.</li><li>Attend customer meetings, providing Pre and Post Sales Support to the Sales Team as appropriate.</li><li>Ensure that all solutions proposed are provided in accordance with sales work instructions.</li><li>Respond timely and accurately with the provision of design/pricing information to the Sales team for all clients.</li><li>Ensure all documentation is correctly attached to all opportunities.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date technical information and commercial awareness and understand the markets to be able to identify and recommend new tactical products required for any solution design.</li><li>Recognize potential business opportunities for products and services, and communicate this to the business, remaining commercially aware at all times.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>2-5 years of experience in ELV systems design, installation, or technical sales.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.</li><li>Proven track record in presales or technical sales support.</li><li>Strong understanding of ELV technologies and applications.</li><li>Professional certifications in relevant ELV technologies (is a plus).</li><li>Industry networking and relationship building experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>On a scale of 1 to 10, how strong are your presentation skills?</li><li>What is your current salary?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Presales: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Site Surveys: 1 year (Required)</li><li>ELV systems (CCTV - Access control.. etc): 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Required)</li></ul>
