 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide onsite technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have 3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in desktop support along with strong communication skills. The role involves resolving technical issues, supporting IT infrastructure, and delivering high-quality end-user support in a fast-paced environment
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide onsite L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
 </li>
 <li>
 Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business application
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle user issues related to email, software, and system acces
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform hardware troubleshooting, upgrades, and replacement
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions (Active Directory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support IT onboarding/offboarding activities for employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, IP conflicts, DNS issues)
 </li>
 <li>
 Use ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation and resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain asset inventory and documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualification
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;4 years of experience in Desktop/End-User Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office 365
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user management
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with remote support tools and ITIL processes
 </li>
