Responsibilities:&middot; 2-4 years&rsquo; experience in Car rental, Hospitality, Airlines, Customer service industry.&middot; Content creation and posting in social media English / Arabic (photo/video editing, Canva or similar tools) will be an advantage.&middot; Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.&middot; Welcoming SIXT Rental Car customers and following the Premium International standards.&middot; Assist customers with directions and car rental information.&middot; Follow instructions regarding opening/closing procedures, working out of stations and follow the daily game plan.&middot; Represent the SIXT Rent a Car Qatar with positive customer experience &amp; educating customers about our products and services.&middot; Perform other duties as assigned which do not affect the value of the job and as business demands dictate.&middot; Work towards the successful achievement of team targets.&middot; Sale skills with the ability to determine needs. (Cross selling), Ability to solve customers&rsquo; problems without hesitation. (Problem resolution).Preferred Qualifications:&middot; Preferably having a valid driving license.&middot; Having prior experience in used cars sales&middot; Social Media Management, Marketing and content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop etc)&middot; Good communication skill oral and written in English, preferably Arabic and French.&middot; Transferable visa with NOC.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
