Sales and Marketing Agent

Responsibilities:

· 2-4 years’ experience in Car rental, Hospitality, Airlines, Customer service industry.

· Content creation and posting in social media English / Arabic (photo/video editing, Canva or similar tools) will be an advantage.

· Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.

· Welcoming SIXT Rental Car customers and following the Premium International standards.

· Assist customers with directions and car rental information.

· Follow instructions regarding opening/closing procedures, working out of stations and follow the daily game plan.

· Represent the SIXT Rent a Car Qatar with positive customer experience & educating customers about our products and services.

· Perform other duties as assigned which do not affect the value of the job and as business demands dictate.

· Work towards the successful achievement of team targets.

· Sale skills with the ability to determine needs. (Cross selling), Ability to solve customers’ problems without hesitation. (Problem resolution).

Preferred Qualifications:

· Preferably having a valid driving license.

· Having prior experience in used cars sales

· Social Media Management, Marketing and content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop etc)

· Good communication skill oral and written in English, preferably Arabic and French.

· Transferable visa with NOC.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
