Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the merchandising process from development to delivery for international and domestic clients.</li><li>Handle buyer communications, product presentations, costing sheets, sampling trackers, sample approvals, and order follow-up.</li><li>Liaise and coordinate with clients, design, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure product feasibility, cost optimization and timely execution.</li><li>Manage T&amp;A (Time &amp; Action) calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.</li><li>Analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to advise on product development.</li><li>Participate in buyer meetings, presentations, and fairs when needed.</li><li>Participate in resolving production related issues, including quality defects, production delays and supply chain disruptions through effective problem-solving and communication with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with client quality standards and certification requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, mills, and internal departments for fabric and trim sourcing.</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Good knowledge of textiles and fabric construction (woven, knitted, printed, embroidered, etc.)</li><li>Experience in Textile Merchandising Job (in home textiles Division is a plus).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and ERP software.</li><li>Ready to embrace change and learn new skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle pressure with attention to detail.</li><li>Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
