Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the merchandising process from development to delivery for international and domestic clients.
  • Handle buyer communications, product presentations, costing sheets, sampling trackers, sample approvals, and order follow-up.
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, design, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure product feasibility, cost optimization and timely execution.
  • Manage T&A (Time & Action) calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to advise on product development.
  • Participate in buyer meetings, presentations, and fairs when needed.
  • Participate in resolving production related issues, including quality defects, production delays and supply chain disruptions through effective problem-solving and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with client quality standards and certification requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, mills, and internal departments for fabric and trim sourcing.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Good knowledge of textiles and fabric construction (woven, knitted, printed, embroidered, etc.)
  • Experience in Textile Merchandising Job (in home textiles Division is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and ERP software.
  • Ready to embrace change and learn new skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure with attention to detail.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
