Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the merchandising process from development to delivery for international and domestic clients.
- Handle buyer communications, product presentations, costing sheets, sampling trackers, sample approvals, and order follow-up.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, design, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure product feasibility, cost optimization and timely execution.
- Manage T&A (Time & Action) calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to advise on product development.
- Participate in buyer meetings, presentations, and fairs when needed.
- Participate in resolving production related issues, including quality defects, production delays and supply chain disruptions through effective problem-solving and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with client quality standards and certification requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, mills, and internal departments for fabric and trim sourcing.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good knowledge of textiles and fabric construction (woven, knitted, printed, embroidered, etc.)
- Experience in Textile Merchandising Job (in home textiles Division is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and ERP software.
- Ready to embrace change and learn new skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure with attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
