We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to support our operations team in maintaining seamless coordination of personnel and services.About the Role: We&rsquo;re hiring a Dispatcher who will help manage the daily assignments and field support for our team of security professionals. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the command center for all scheduling, communication, and emergency coordination efforts. You&rsquo;ll need to be a problem solver with a strong sense of urgency, and someone who thrives under pressure.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Central Communication Hub: Act as the liaison between security staff, clients, and supervisors. Deliver clear instructions, respond to inquiries, and keep everyone in the loop.</li><li>Responding to Incidents: Coordinate a response when issues arise on-site&mdash;whether it&rsquo;s an alarm trigger, an emergency call, or an urgent client need.</li><li>Personnel Tracking: Use dispatching software to track guards' locations and shift details. Maintain real-time awareness of field activity and status updates.</li><li>Logistics &amp; Problem-Solving: Address scheduling gaps, last-minute changes, or client-specific concerns efficiently and with a solution-first approach.</li><li>Recordkeeping: Keep detailed logs of assignments, incidents, and communication. Ensure paperwork and digital records are accurate and up to date.</li><li>Team Guidance: Share important post details and emergency instructions with guards before they report to duty.
