Position Title: Accountant cum HR &amp; Admin ExecutiveLocation: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3&ndash;5 years (preferred in a CA firm or in a professional or consulting services) Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification Reporting to: PartnerJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, well-organized, and capable of handling multifunctional tasks with accuracy and discretion. This position is critical in ensuring statutory compliance, financial discipline, and seamless people management across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Accounting &amp; Finance:<ul><li>Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho or equivalent ERP system.</li><li>Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.</li><li>Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.</li><li>Manage payroll processing including PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.</li><li>Support in finalization of accounts, audit coordination, and MIS reporting.</li></ul>HR Operations:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain employee records, prepare offer letters, and handle exit formalities.</li><li>Oversee employee attendance, leaves, and performance records.</li><li>Administer employee benefits, engagement activities, and grievance redressal.</li><li>Ensure adherence to labour laws and HR best practices.</li></ul>Office Administration:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including office supplies, vendor coordination, and AMC renewals.</li><li>Act as a liaison for internal teams, clients, and service providers.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of firm and employee information at all times.</li><li>Assist partners and senior team members in documentation and operational support.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Zoho), MS Excel, and HRMS tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of statutory compliances &ndash; GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.</li><li>High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Prior experience in a CA/Consulting firm or SME professional setup.</li><li>Proactive and adaptable with a solution-oriented approach.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>When will you be able to join if selected</li><li>What is your last drawn salary</li><li>What is your expected salary</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting and admin: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Kannada (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
