Accounts Receivable Management<ul><li>Generate customer invoices and payment certificates.</li><li>Monitor outstanding receivables and payment collections.</li><li>Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments.</li><li>Maintain customer account reconciliations.</li></ul>4. Banking &amp; Cash Management<ul><li>Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and maintain sufficient working capital.</li><li>Prepare payment vouchers and bank transfer requests.</li><li>Coordinate with banks regarding transactions and facilities.</li></ul>5. Payroll Administration<ul><li>Process monthly salaries and employee benefits.</li><li>Maintain leave records, overtime, and deductions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.</li><li>Coordinate WPS salary processing.</li></ul>6. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Monitor project costs against approved budgets.</li><li>Prepare cost analysis reports and variance reports.</li><li>Assist management in financial planning and forecasting.</li><li>Track company overheads and operational expenses.</li></ul>7. Tax &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and submit VAT returns as per UAE regulations.</li><li>Maintain VAT records and supporting documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and accounting standards.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors during annual audits.</li></ul>8. Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare monthly financial statements.</li><li>Generate Profit &amp; Loss Statements.</li><li>Prepare Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Reports.</li><li>Submit management reports on a monthly basis.</li></ul>9. Project Accounting (Fit-Out &amp; Joinery Industry)<ul><li>Track project-wise expenses and revenues.</li><li>Monitor project profitability and margins.</li><li>Verify subcontractor bills and supplier invoices.</li><li>Prepare project cost reports and payment applications.</li><li>Maintain retention, advance payment, and variation order records.</li></ul>10. Documentation &amp; Filing<ul><li>Maintain organized financial files and records.</li><li>Ensure all invoices, LPOs, quotations, and contracts are properly archived.</li><li>Support management with financial data when required.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Design &amp; Planning<ul><li>Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed fit-out designs.</li><li>Develop space planning layouts and design presentations.</li><li>Prepare mood boards, material selections, and finish schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes.</li><li>Coordinate design requirements with clients and consultants.</li></ul>Technical Drawings<ul><li>Prepare detailed shop drawings, IFC drawings, and construction drawings.</li><li>Develop joinery details, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, and elevations.</li><li>Prepare reflected ceiling plans (RCP), sections, and architectural details.</li><li>Review and revise drawings based on consultant comments.</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and production teams.</li><li>Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections.</li><li>Verify site measurements before production and execution.</li><li>Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.</li></ul>Material &amp; Procurement Support<ul><li>Assist in material selection and specification.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for material approvals and samples.</li><li>Review material submittals and mock-ups.</li><li>Ensure selected materials meet project requirements and budget.</li></ul>Authority Approvals<ul><li>Prepare and submit drawings for authority approvals.</li><li>Coordinate with authorities such as:</li><li>Dubai Municipality (DM)</li><li>Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)</li><li>DEWA</li><li>DIEZ</li><li>JAFZA</li><li>Mall Management Authorities</li><li>Address comments and obtain final approvals.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
