The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, execution, analytics, and paid campaigns.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)</li><li>Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels)</li><li>Monitor social media trends and implement new ideas to improve engagement</li><li>Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting</li><li>Run and optimise paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience</li><li>Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports</li><li>Coordinate with designers, content writers, and internal teams</li><li>Handle basic client communication related to social media activities</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms</li><li>Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting</li><li>Basic understanding of paid advertising and lead generation</li><li>Good communication and content-writing skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts</li></ul>Preferred Skills:-<ul><li>Knowledge of branding and digital marketing</li><li>Understanding of SEO and performance marketing (plus)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
