Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, execution, analytics, and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
• Monitor social media trends and implement new ideas to improve engagement
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting
• Run and optimise paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and internal teams
• Handle basic client communication related to social media activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Basic understanding of paid advertising and lead generation
• Good communication and content-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

Preferred Skills:-

• Knowledge of branding and digital marketing
• Understanding of SEO and performance marketing (plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
