Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Manager &ndash; Generative AI with strong project managementcapabilities and hands-on AI/ML expertise to lead end-to-end AI initiatives. The idealcandidate will manage a team of junior AI engineers, drive solution design, overseedeployment pipelines, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliverscalable and production-ready AI systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership<ul><li>Lead design, development, and deployment of Generative AI / LLM-based solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide architectural guidance on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering,</li></ul>and evaluation.<ul><li>Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure technical quality across AI</li></ul>deliverables.<ul><li>Stay updated with advancements in GenAI, NLP, and ML frameworks.</li></ul>Project &amp; Delivery Management<ul><li>Own end-to-end AI project lifecycle &mdash; requirement gathering, planning, execution,</li></ul>monitoring, deployment, and post-release support.<ul><li>Define timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.</li></ul>Team Management<ul><li>Mentor and manage a team of junior AI/ML engineers and data scientists.</li></ul><ul><li>Need to do skill development plans, and knowledge-sharing sessions.</li></ul><ul><li>Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven team culture.</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and clients to translate</li></ul>business problems into AI solutions.<ul><li>Provide regular progress updates and technical recommendations to internal and</li></ul>external stakeholders.Deployment &amp; MLOps<ul><li>Oversee model deployment pipelines, CI/CD for ML, and production monitoring.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization of AI systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for infrastructure planning.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in AI/ML development with at least 2 years in a team</li></ul>leadership or technical management role.<ul><li>Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Deep Learning.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch), and data processing</li></ul>libraries.<ul><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and containerization tools (Docker,</li></ul>Kubernetes).<ul><li>Hands-on exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Solid understanding of software engineering principles and system architecture.</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar</li></ul>ecosystems.<ul><li>Exposure to data security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Certification in Project Management (PMP / Scrum Master) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Data Science Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the field of data science, including practical knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modelling. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of students or professionals looking to enhance their skills in data science.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various data science topics, including but not limited to Python, R, SQL, machine learning, data visualization, and statistical analysis.</li><li>Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials, including presentations, assignments, projects, and assessments to ensure they are current and relevant.</li><li>Hands-on Projects: Develop practical, real-world projects and case studies to provide hands-on experience to learners.</li><li>Assessment &amp; Feedback: Evaluate students&rsquo; progress through assignments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.</li><li>Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data science to ensure the training content remains cutting-edge.</li><li>Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them with career advice, resume building, and interview preparation.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and team members to ensure a cohesive learning experience.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Educational Background: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.</li><li>Experience: At least 1-5 years of hands-on experience in data science roles. Prior experience in teaching or training is highly desirable.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.</li><li>Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
