This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your esthetic talents while contributing to a vibrant, growth-oriented team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.</li><li>Provide specialized services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and tattooing with precision and care.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote long-term skin health.</li><li>Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client information thoroughly.</li><li>Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that align with clients&rsquo; goals and preferences.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and advanced esthetic procedures to continually enhance your skills.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.</li><li>Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program; valid state licensure required.</li><li>Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching.</li><li>Experience operating EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management.</li><li>Proficiency in advanced esthetic treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, and eyelash extension application.</li><li>Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, and other hair removal techniques efficiently.</li><li>Basic sales skills to recommend products confidently while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
