Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Provide specialized services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and tattooing with precision and care.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote long-term skin health.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client information thoroughly.
• Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that align with clients’ goals and preferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and advanced esthetic procedures to continually enhance your skills.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program; valid state licensure required.
• Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching.
• Experience operating EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management.
• Proficiency in advanced esthetic treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, and eyelash extension application.
• Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, and other hair removal techniques efficiently.
