This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to showcase their mastery in esthetics and contribute to a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing client confidence and well-being.Duties<ul><li>Perform advanced esthetic treatments including facials, waxing, lash lifts, and massage.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.</li><li>Recommend retail products tailored to individual skin types and concerns.</li><li>Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly sanitizing treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating a positive client experience from start to finish.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and certifications to continuously enhance your skills and service offerings.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote retail sales.</li><li>Ability to service clients solo</li><li>Experience in retail sales of skincare products with the ability to demonstrate their benefits confidently.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client loyalty.</li><li>Able to work independently and in a team setting</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid Master Esthetician license</li><li>2+ years of experience servicing clients</li></ul>To apply, please send a resume to skinandrosesesthetics@gmail.com.Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
