Master Esthetician

Job Summary

Duties

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including facials, waxing, lash lifts, and massage.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
• Recommend retail products tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly sanitizing treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating a positive client experience from start to finish.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and certifications to continuously enhance your skills and service offerings.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote retail sales.
• Ability to service clients solo
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products with the ability to demonstrate their benefits confidently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client loyalty.
• Able to work independently and in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Master Esthetician license
• 2+ years of experience servicing clients
