Customer ServiceStrong customer service and interpersonal skills: greeting clients warmly, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive first impression.4. Multitasking &amp; OrganizationAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously &mdash; e.g., phone calls, appointments, front-desk duties, and email communications.Good organizational and time-management skills.5. Technical SkillsComfortable using: CRM and clinic booking systemsEmail and office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace)Phone systems and messaging platforms6. EducationA high school diploma is generally required; a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (especially in business, hospitality, administration, or a healthcare-related field) can be a plus.7. Professional DemeanorAs the face of the clinic, you should be presentable and well-groomed, with a professional and friendly attitude.8. Confidentiality &amp; DiscretionAbility to handle patient information confidentially and ethically.9. AdaptabilityFlexibility and a calm, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.10.
