Receptionist - Medical Clinic

1. Experience

Previous receptionist experience, ideally in a clinic, medical, aesthetic, spa, or healthcare setting.

Experience with clinic management or scheduling software (e.g., ClinicSoft, Tablet, etc.) is a plus

2. Communication & Language

Excellent verbal and written communication skills — Arabic and English

3. Customer Service

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills: greeting clients warmly, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive first impression.

4. Multitasking & Organization

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously — e.g., phone calls, appointments, front-desk duties, and email communications.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

5. Technical Skills

Comfortable using: CRM and clinic booking systems

Email and office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace)

Phone systems and messaging platforms

6. Education

A high school diploma is generally required; a Bachelor’s degree (especially in business, hospitality, administration, or a healthcare-related field) can be a plus.

7. Professional Demeanor

As the face of the clinic, you should be presentable and well-groomed, with a professional and friendly attitude.

8. Confidentiality & Discretion

Ability to handle patient information confidentially and ethically.

9. Adaptability

Flexibility and a calm, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

10. Package

Salary shall be decided on experience basis.
