A professional training and consultancy firm specializing in ISO Management Systems. We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director in a small office environment.
This role requires independence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing emails and professional client communication
- Preparing quotations, reports, and official documents
- Coordinating training schedules and client follow-ups
- Maintaining structured documentation and records
- Supporting the Executive Director in daily operations
- Handling confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional attitude and maturity
- Preferably 2+ years administrative experience

Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
