Administrative Assistant / Executive Support (Ajman Free Zone)

A professional training and consultancy firm specializing in ISO Management Systems. We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director in a small office environment.

This role requires independence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing emails and professional client communication
  • Preparing quotations, reports, and official documents
  • Coordinating training schedules and client follow-ups
  • Maintaining structured documentation and records
  • Supporting the Executive Director in daily operations
  • Handling confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional attitude and maturity
  • Preferably 2+ years administrative experience

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
