Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Female Receptionist Cum Secretary to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage reception area and maintain a presentable office environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, documents)
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
  • Handle basic office tasks such as data entry and record keeping

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in UAE
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
