Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist (3-Month Contract – Own Visa Required)

We are currently looking for a Receptionist who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate should have clear English communication skills, as the role requires interaction with senior and upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Handle phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate courier services and request courier rates for documents
  • Manage purchasing of pantry supplies and office stationery
  • Assist the HR department with new staff joining procedures and administrative tasks
  • Support general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Must have own visa (freelance/spouse visa)
  • Excellent English communication and clear diction
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Professional attitude and presentable personality
  • Basic knowledge of office administration

Job Details:

  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Possibility of full-time employment based on performance and company requirements
  • Location: AJMAN
