Roles and Responsibilities of Accounts Executive:<ul><li>To Maintain the Books related are related to the Accounts department.</li><li>To enter all the daily transactions into Tally ERP.9 software</li><li>To Handling the daily Cash, retail sales billing and other bank Transactions.</li><li>To check and verify the day to day expenses vouchers.</li><li>To handle the general ledger and posting entries.</li><li>To handle all the accounts related statutory compliances. </li><li>To daily deposit the Amounts to the banks.</li><li>To manage and schedule the day to day office operations</li><li>To check the bills for reimbursements of employees' expenses within their permissible limits.</li><li>To Validation of Invoices Data capture and Indexing</li><li>To Process the Non Purchase order invoices.</li><li>To raise valid clarifications before posting an invoice</li><li>To Preparation of cheque and payment instructions including electronic payments</li><li>To Charge expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports and recording entries</li><li>To pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities</li><li>To verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received</li><li>To verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements</li><li>To provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management</li><li>To accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.</li><li>To Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.</li><li>To Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit &amp; loss statements, etc.</li><li>To maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>To ensure timely cash collections from customers.</li><li>To Work with customers to reconcile account balances.</li><li>To follow up on outstanding timesheets.</li><li>To perform audits and resolving discrepancies.</li><li>To submit Daily MIS Report to our Managing Director.</li></ul>Required Experience and Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Com/M.Com/CA/ICWAI/MBA - Accounting &amp; Finance</li><li>Commerce background Graduates are more preferred.</li><li>Candidate with 0-2-year experience in the field of accounts </li><li>Systems and Tally knowledge must</li><li>Candidate should have knowledge of accounting activities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
