With a strong network and experienced team, we ensure seamless movement of goods worldwide, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Position Overview:We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of Air Shipments, along with a strong understanding of operational procedures, documentation, and client coordination.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end coordination of Air freight shipments (Export &amp; Import).</li><li>Prepare and verify shipping and export/import documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with carriers, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers for timely movement of cargo.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with clients to update shipment status and resolve issues.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of shipping instructions and compliance with international shipping regulations.</li><li>Monitor cargo movement and proactively manage exceptions or delays.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and internal databases.</li><li>Work closely with internal departments (sales, customer service, accounts) for smooth operations.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: 1&ndash;4 years in freight forwarding operations (Air Shipments).</li><li>Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Logistics/Supply Chain Management).</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in shipping documentation and coordination.</li><li>Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with logistics software is a plus.</li><li>Others: Organized, proactive, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Location: Noida Sector-2</li><li>Working Days: Monday to Friday</li><li>Shift: Night Shift</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Air Shipment Operation: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Freight Forwarding Operations: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
