3PL Warehouse Executive

1. Billing, Audit & Dispute Management

• Review UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac invoices weekly/monthly for accuracy.
• Identify billing discrepancies (wrong charges, duplicates, zone/weight errors).
• File and follow up on disputes with carriers until resolved.
• Report UPS billing, FedEx & OnTrac invoices to avoid overdue.
• Submit invoices and dispute outcomes to Accounting for processing.

2. Vendor & Carrier Coordination

• Coordinate with carriers and warehouses for misroutes, delays, billing issues, and escalations.

3. Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution

• Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delivery issues.
• Provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily reports on invoices, shipment issues, billing disputes, resolutions, and operational metrics.

Skills Required

• Analytical and billing/audit skills
• Experience in logistics, courier billing, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
• Good communication skills for dealing with carriers & internal teams
• Basic Excel/reporting knowledge
• Attention to detail and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
