This role combines two essential functions: coordinating luxury trips as a dispatcher and providing white-glove chauffeur service to our clients. Hours will be split between office-based dispatching and on-the-road driving, offering variety and flexibility while delivering exceptional luxury experiences.Ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in both behind-the-scenes coordination and direct client interaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Dispatching Duties (part of the role):</li><li>Schedule and coordinate luxury vehicle assignments for airport transfers, corporate events, weddings, proms, and private clients</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and management via phone, email, and dispatch software</li><li>Monitor real-time vehicle locations and adjust schedules to ensure punctual, seamless service</li><li>Handle reservations, changes, cancellations, and client inquiries with a calm, solution-oriented approach</li><li>Maintain accurate records of trips, client preferences, and feedback</li><li>Chauffeur Duties (part of the role):</li><li>Safely transport high-profile clients in luxury sedans, SUVs, and stretch limousines</li><li>Deliver five-star white-glove service, including door-to-door assistance, luggage handling, and discreet, professional interaction</li><li>Maintain impeccable vehicle cleanliness and appearance at all times</li><li>Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and discretionRequirements</li><li>Valid Massachusetts Class D Driver&rsquo;s License (Chauffeur endorsement or CDL preferred but not required)</li><li>Minimum 21 years of age (per insurance requirements) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 5 years)</li><li>Previous dispatch, customer service, logistics, or hospitality experience preferred</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities &ndash; able to switch seamlessly between dispatching and driving</li><li>Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and dispatch software (training provided)</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Boston and surrounding areas, including Logan Airport routes</li><li>Professional appearance and grooming standards (uniforms provided)</li><li>Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays/overnight shifts</li><li>Must pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record</li><li>Reliable transportation to our office</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive blended hourly rate with performance bonuses and generous tips when chauffeuring</li><li>Flexible part-time scheduling with a mix of dispatching and driving duties</li><li>Access to a premium luxury vehicle fleet</li><li>Professional uniforms and ongoing training in luxury service standards</li><li>Opportunity to work with high-end corporate, wedding, and private clientele</li><li>Positive, team-oriented environment in the luxury transportation industry</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a brief note explaining why you&rsquo;re a great fit for this versatile role or via our website at https://skycoachusa.com/careers/Please indicate your availability and any relevant experience in dispatching or chauffeuring.Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
