About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and highly customer-focused individual to join our luxury transportation team in a versatile full-time Dispatcher & Chauffeur position. This role combines two essential functions: coordinating luxury trips as a dispatcher and providing white-glove chauffeur service to our clients. Hours will be split between office-based dispatching and on-the-road driving, offering variety and flexibility while delivering exceptional luxury experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatching Duties (part of the role):
• Schedule and coordinate luxury vehicle assignments for airport transfers, corporate events, weddings, proms, and private clients
• Communicate professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and management via phone, email, and dispatch software
• Monitor real-time vehicle locations and adjust schedules to ensure punctual, seamless service
• Handle reservations, changes, cancellations, and client inquiries with a calm, solution-oriented approach
• Maintain accurate records of trips, client preferences, and feedback
• Chauffeur Duties (part of the role):
• Safely transport high-profile clients in luxury sedans, SUVs, and stretch limousines
• Deliver five-star white-glove service, including door-to-door assistance, luggage handling, and discreet, professional interaction
• Maintain impeccable vehicle cleanliness and appearance at all times
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and discretionRequirements
• Valid Massachusetts Class D Driver’s License (Chauffeur endorsement or CDL preferred but not required)
• Minimum 21 years of age (per insurance requirements) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 5 years)
• Previous dispatch, customer service, logistics, or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities – able to switch seamlessly between dispatching and driving
• Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and dispatch software (training provided)
• Thorough knowledge of Boston and surrounding areas, including Logan Airport routes
• Professional appearance and grooming standards (uniforms provided)
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays/overnight shifts
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record
• Reliable transportation to our office
