This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. As a key contributor, you'll help maintain high standards by executing packaging processes that meet industry regulations and company specifications, all while supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation.Duties<ul><li>Operate vertical fill form packaging machinery and equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to facilitate seamless production flow</li><li>Optimize machine parameters by product type to achieve the highest efficiency possible</li><li>Conduct quality inspections to verify packaging integrity, label accuracy, and compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards (such as lot code and best by date accuracy)</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturing standards</li><li>Lead mechanical troubleshooting of packaging equipment and perform routine maintenance as required</li><li>Develop and ensure adherence to preventative maintenance plans of the vertical fill form machines</li><li>Support warehouse operations by managing inventory levels of packaging materials and documenting usage</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools and troubleshooting machinery issues</li><li>Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and machine parameters used in manufacturing processes</li><li>General knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and safety protocols relevant to pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environments</li><li>Hands-on experience with packaging processes, assembly lines, and manufacturing workflows</li><li>Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within warehouse settings</li><li>Excellent attention to detail for quality control inspections and documentation accuracy</li><li>Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across production shifts</li></ul>Join us in delivering high-quality products through leading precision packaging operations!
