&lt;Job Summary&gt; Skyblue Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in financial accounting and cost structure setup for a manufacturing organization. This role will oversee entity-level accounting operations, including monthly and annual closings, cost structure implementation, and tax coordination for our U.S.-based manufacturing affiliate. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting and a strong understanding of U.S. financial compliance.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Establish and maintain cost accounting structures for the U.S. manufacturing entity</li><li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing</li><li>Support and manage tax filing, documentation, and compliance</li><li>Coordinate IRS-related credit and subsidy applications (e.g., AMPC, IRA)</li><li>Manage cash flow, fund transfers, and intercompany settlements</li></ul>&lt;Qualification&gt;<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 4 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing company</li><li>Proven experience in standalone (entity-level) closing and reporting</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with domestic and international teams</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>USCPA or equivalent professional certification</li><li>Experience in cost management systems and U.S. manufacturing tax credits (IRA/AMPC)</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred</li><li>Familiarity with ERP and financial consolidation systems</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Highly competitive and negotiable, based on experience and expertise</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package available</li></ul>ApplicationThis position is open immediately and will be filled as soon as a qualified candidate is identified.
