Korean Bilingual Financial Accounting Manager (Assistant Manager to Senior Manager Level)

<Job Summary>
Skyblue Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in financial accounting and cost structure setup for a manufacturing organization.
This role will oversee entity-level accounting operations, including monthly and annual closings, cost structure implementation, and tax coordination for our U.S.-based manufacturing affiliate.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting and a strong understanding of U.S. financial compliance.

<Responsibilities>

• Establish and maintain cost accounting structures for the U.S. manufacturing entity
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Support and manage tax filing, documentation, and compliance
• Coordinate IRS-related credit and subsidy applications (e.g., AMPC, IRA)
• Manage cash flow, fund transfers, and intercompany settlements

<Qualification>

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing company
• Proven experience in standalone (entity-level) closing and reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with domestic and international teams

Preferred Qualifications

• USCPA or equivalent professional certification
• Experience in cost management systems and U.S. manufacturing tax credits (IRA/AMPC)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred
• Familiarity with ERP and financial consolidation systems
