Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, payroll processing, and sound knowledge of Indian labour laws. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can independently handle people operations and ensure compliance while supporting business objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage complete HR</li></ul>operations lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and exit formalities<ul><li>Plan and execute employee</li></ul>engagement activities to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture<ul><li>Handle employee</li></ul>grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in a timely and professional manner<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Indian</li></ul>labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies<ul><li>Manage and process payroll</li></ul>operations accurately and on time<ul><li>Handle statutory compliances</li></ul>such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, leave management, and attendance<ul><li>Maintain HR records, MIS</li></ul>reports, and employee documentation<ul><li>Coordinate with management</li></ul>on HR policies, performance management, and audits<ul><li>Act as a point of contact</li></ul>for employees during night shift operationsRequired Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;9 years of proven</li></ul>experience as an HR Generalist<ul><li>Strong knowledge of employee</li></ul>engagement and grievance handling<ul><li>In-depth understanding of Indian</li></ul>labour laws and statutory compliance<ul><li>Strong payroll knowledge with hands-on experience</li><li>Experience with Zoho</li></ul>Payroll is a strong plus<ul><li>Excellent communication and</li></ul>interpersonal skills<ul><li>Ability to handle sensitive</li></ul>information with confidentiality<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and</li><li>decision-making abilities</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Experience working in night</li><li>shift / US process environment</li><li>Ability to work</li><li>independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Mature, empathetic, and</li><li>people-centric approach</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
