This is a desk-based role where you will monitor, coordinate, and support security guards in real-time.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and monitor daily scheduling and workforce allocation</li><li>Ensure all company protocols and procedures are followed</li><li>Provide real-time support and guidance to Security Guards.</li><li>Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution</li><li>Maintain effective communication between teams and management</li><li>Monitor attendance, shift coverage, and workflow continuity</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Good problem-solving and decision-making ability</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, reporting)</li><li>Previous experience in dispatch or coordination is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Vacant Shifts: 1 Night , 1 EveningWork Location: In personPay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
