Job Description:

Skywatch Technologies is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Security Dispatch Officer to manage back-office operations for tactical security services. This is a desk-based role where you will monitor, coordinate, and support security guards in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily scheduling and workforce allocation
• Ensure all company protocols and procedures are followed
• Provide real-time support and guidance to Security Guards.
• Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain effective communication between teams and management
• Monitor attendance, shift coverage, and workflow continuity

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, reporting)
• Previous experience in dispatch or coordination is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Vacant Shifts: 1 Night , 1 Evening

Work Location: In person

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
