Now, we&rsquo;re ready to expand our digital presence and are seeking a creative, self-driven Social Media &amp; SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a social media expert who can dedicate approximately 5 hours per week to creating and managing engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. This role is perfect for a digital storyteller with a keen eye for photography, short-form video production, and proven SEO strategies that drive visibility and growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute creative content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels.</li><li>Shoot and edit short-form videos and eye-catching photography that highlight our brand and services.</li><li>Optimize content with SEO best practices, hashtags, keywords, and trends to increase reach.</li><li>Track performance metrics and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversion.</li><li>Stay updated on social trends, algorithm changes, and platform features.</li><li>Collaborate with management to align digital storytelling with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.</li><li>Strong skills in content creation, including short videos, reels, and photography.</li><li>Working knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media and YouTube.</li><li>Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar).</li><li>Strong communication and time-management skills.</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Part-time: ~5 hours per week (flexible scheduling).</li><li>Pay: Hourly rate or flat project rate (commensurate with experience).</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 4 &ndash; 7 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mustang, OK 73064
