Now, we’re ready to expand our digital presence and are seeking a creative, self-driven Social Media & SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a social media expert who can dedicate approximately 5 hours per week to creating and managing engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. This role is perfect for a digital storyteller with a keen eye for photography, short-form video production, and proven SEO strategies that drive visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos and eye-catching photography that highlight our brand and services.
• Optimize content with SEO best practices, hashtags, keywords, and trends to increase reach.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversion.
• Stay updated on social trends, algorithm changes, and platform features.
• Collaborate with management to align digital storytelling with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
• Strong skills in content creation, including short videos, reels, and photography.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media and YouTube.
• Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: ~5 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
• Pay: Hourly rate or flat project rate (commensurate with experience).

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 7 per week
