Job Title: Artic Lorry Driver (Class 1) &ndash; Scrap Metal &amp; Waste Location: South Wales (Local Work Only) Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday &ndash; Friday, 6:00am &ndash; 4:00pmAbout the Role We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 (C+E) Artic Driver to join our growing team in South Wales. This is a local role, so no nights out required.You will be responsible for the safe transport, loading, and unloading of scrap metal and waste materials across local sites.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Driving an artic lorry for local collections and deliveries</li><li>Loading and unloading scrap metal and waste materials</li><li>Ensuring all loads are secured safely and comply with regulations</li><li>Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects</li><li>Maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism at all times</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Monday to Friday schedule &ndash; no weekend work</li><li>6am&ndash;4pm consistent hours</li><li>Your own dedicated lorry</li><li>Local routes &ndash; home every day</li><li>Stable, long-term position with a growing business</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence</li><li>Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card</li><li>Experience with scrap metal or waste (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Good understanding of health &amp; safety practices</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &pound;30,000.00-&pound;35,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Company pension</li><li>Free parking</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul>Work Location: In person
