The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as a critical link between programmatic stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that complex business needs are translated into actionable, well-documented technical requirements. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Lead the collection, documentation, and validation of business requirements for supported platforms.</li><li>
Engage with system owners, and IT partners to elicit detailed business and technical requirements.</li><li>
Translate programmatic goals into structured system specifications, use cases, and data models.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance data integration across platforms.</li><li>
Collaborate with technical teams to define and document system functionality, data flows, and integration requirements.</li><li>
Develop/ maintain comprehensive documentation (including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications) as a single source of truth for knowledge transfer and sustainability.</li><li>
Support system testing, validation, and rollout activities to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations and business needs.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or comparable role supporting enterprise or complex business systems.</li><li>
Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical documentation and solutions.</li><li>
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process modeling, use case development)
</li><li>Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.</li><li>
Familiarity with cloud-based environments (preferably Microsoft Azure) and data integration concepts.</li><li>
Working experience with Salesforce and Databricks.</li><li>
Exposure to portfolio management, research collaboration, or data analytics platforms (preferred)</li><li>
Background in the nonprofit, research, or global health and development sectors (preferred)</li><li>
Experience supporting systems that enable collaboration between internal and external partners (preferred)</li></ul>

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $65/hr to $75/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual&rsquo;s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
