Marketing Manager - Greater New York

Role: Marketing Manager, East Region

Location: New York Metropolitan Area

We’re seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented marketer to join our East Region marketing team.


In this hands-on role, you will lead a wide range of marketing activities, including awareness, ABM, demand-generation campaigns, partner marketing, social media, public relations, and events. Additionally, you’ll drive program operations, data testing, and optimization to ensure measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of regional strategy. Adapt the regional marketing strategy to meet the specific needs of the market(s).
  • Marketing Plan Development & Execution: Lead, create and execute marketing plans which may include, but not be limited to campaign development, event management, sponsorships, email marketing, advertising, internal communications, messaging, storytelling, and market recruiting awareness support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the leadership & GTM team (Alliances, Alliance Marketing, Sales, Client Partners, Lead Generation) to create, develop, and execute activities as part of an annual marketing plan. Focus on achieving business objectives such as brand awareness, account growth, and new customer acquisition.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Create and manage dashboards and reports to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives. Analyze data to assess returns against business objectives and key metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns and events. Monitor key KPIs, track marketing budgets, and report on the ROI of initiatives.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the orchestration of various direct marketing programs, including digital and social campaigns, advertising, sponsorships, external event management, messaging, campaigns, storytelling, account-based marketing and sales enablement.
  • Content & Creative Development: Collaborate with teams to create impactful campaign content, such as messaging, visuals, video, and social media, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.


What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Communications or Marketing.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end in mass marketing tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, DemandBase, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to drive strategic improvements.
  • Strong experience in Excel, including data manipulation, charts and pivot tables.
  • Prior experience in B2B or in the consulting industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Proven track record in strategic marketing, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
  • Adaptable self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of structuring ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously, while remaining flexible and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and skilled to work both independently and collaboratively cross teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver who is not afraid to seek feedback and make improvements where needed.
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
  • An influential communicator who motivates stakeholders to take action.
  • Exceptional verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to commute to our New York City office as needed for events and/or conferences.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the targeted base salary pay range is $115,000 to $130,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
