 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead and manage the company&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all IT systems comply with Capital Markets Board of Turkey regulations and internal security policies.
 
 
 &bull; Oversee system availability, performance, and scalability across all platforms.
 
 
 &bull; Manage integrations with brokerage infrastructure, trading systems, and third-party providers.
 
 
 &bull; Establish and maintain IT governance, access controls, and cybersecurity standards.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor and respond to incidents, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
 
 
 &bull; Develop and maintain IT policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Manage the full lifecycle of hardware (MacBook, Windows PCs, Peripherals) and software licenses.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and product teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
 
 
 &bull; Strong experience in brokerage, bank, or financial institution environments.
 
 
 &bull; Solid understanding of trading systems, financial infrastructure, and integrations.
 
 
 &bull; Strong expertise in network architecture, security systems, and access management.
 
 
 &bull; Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern system architectures.
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
 
 
 &bull; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience managing IT in a regulated financial environment.
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience with IT security, access control, and system monitoring.
