What You’ll Do


• Lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations.

• Ensure all IT systems comply with Capital Markets Board of Turkey regulations and internal security policies.

• Oversee system availability, performance, and scalability across all platforms.

• Manage integrations with brokerage infrastructure, trading systems, and third-party providers.

• Establish and maintain IT governance, access controls, and cybersecurity standards.

• Monitor and respond to incidents, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

• Develop and maintain IT policies aligned with regulatory requirements.

• Manage the full lifecycle of hardware (MacBook, Windows PCs, Peripherals) and software licenses.

• Collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and product teams.


Who You Are


• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong experience in brokerage, bank, or financial institution environments.

• Solid understanding of trading systems, financial infrastructure, and integrations.

• Strong expertise in network architecture, security systems, and access management.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern system architectures.

• Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in high-pressure environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


Required Qualifications


• Hands-on experience managing IT in a regulated financial environment.

• Proven experience with IT security, access control, and system monitoring.


Bonus Points


• Knowledge of advanced Excel.

• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in IT operations and automation.

• Knowledge of Optimus systems and workflows.

• Experience with real-time systems or high-availability infrastructure.

• Experience leading cloud migrations or infrastructure upgrades.

• Background in FinTech environments.
