Short Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Office Assistant to support our CEO. The CEO Office Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a CEO Office, Executive Office, or a similar support role.
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with digital project management and collaboration tools.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proactive approach with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to accommodate irregular working hours or deadlines when required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the daily operational and administrative activities within the CEO’s Office.
Prepare, format, and polish high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and tracking action items.
Act as a point of contact for internal departments regarding the CEO’s schedule and administrative requests.
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistical details.
Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO Office's strategic projects.
Ensure a consistent and professional flow of communication between the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
Track the progress of tasks and projects initiated by the CEO Office.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office.
