What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Manage calendar, meeting flow, and stakeholder communications across internal and external parties
• Proactively track, follow up, and report on key projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Develop high-impact presentations and executive-level materials, transforming complex information into clear and compelling narratives
• Oversee document flow, approvals, and administrative processes with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Organize end-to-end travel, meetings, and events with strong attention to detail
• Anticipate needs, identify risks, and provide solutions to support the COO’s decision-making process
• Technologically adept, with a strong ability to utilize digital tools to optimize processes and outputs
• Leverage generative AI and digital tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance content quality
• Conduct market and industry research, providing concise briefings on relevant trends, competitors, and innovations
• Support internal communication by preparing strategic messages, briefings, and summaries if needed.

What Are the Qualifications We Expect?

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably providing business support to senior-level executives
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and their use in supporting content creation, research, summarization, and day-to-day productivity
• Advanced verbal and written English
• Successful in human relations, effective communication, listening and representation skills.
• Positive communication, able to take initiative when necessary.
