 What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the Senior Executive Assistant in coordinating and executing daily operational tasks across the Executive Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with internal teams and external service providers (drivers, couriers, logistics teams, suppliers, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and follow up on courier, maintenance, cleaning, supply, and logistics processes in a timely and organized manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with procurement tasks, including collecting quotations, tracking approvals, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining proper documentation and accurate filing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, and events when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the preparation and tracking of financial and administrative documents, including invoices, delivery receipts, reimbursement forms, and related paperwork.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor ongoing tasks, maintain updated trackers, and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters assigned by the Senior Executive Assistant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Step in to support coordination and administrative duties during the absence of the Senior Executive Assistant or when additional support is required.
 </li>

 What Are the Qualifications We Expect:

 <li>
 Highly proactive, agile, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in administrative support, coordination, or operational roles is an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 A good command of written and spoken English.
 </li>
 <li>
 A good command of MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of confidentiality, reliability, and discretion.
