Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Trials Coordinator to join our dynamic research team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the research process.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation and patient records</li><li>Collaborate with principal investigators, sponsors, and other research staff to ensure smooth trial execution</li><li>Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents</li><li>Monitor and report adverse events according to protocol guidelines</li><li>Conduct patient follow-ups and schedule study-related procedures</li><li>Compile and maintain the Research Regulatory Binder.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience</li><li>2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination</li><li>Strong knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and regulatory requirements</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management software</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>ACRP or SOCRA certification</li><li>Experience in sleep medicine or sleep research</li><li>Bilingual</li></ul>Salary Range:$55,000 - $63,000 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance bonuses</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li></ul>To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.
