Clinical Research Trials Coordinator (Bilingual)- Spanish

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Trials Coordinator to join our dynamic research team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the research process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with principal investigators, sponsors, and other research staff to ensure smooth trial execution
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents
• Monitor and report adverse events according to protocol guidelines
• Conduct patient follow-ups and schedule study-related procedures
• Compile and maintain the Research Regulatory Binder.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination
• Strong knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management software

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACRP or SOCRA certification
• Experience in sleep medicine or sleep research
• Bilingual

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $63,000 per year
