Job Summary: The Health &amp; Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, delivery and service meet the highest standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role involves the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company&rsquo;s Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System to ensure a safe working environment.Job Skills &amp; Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills in both English &amp; Arabic with the ability to train and engaged diverse teams.- Experience conducting health &amp; safety audits and inspections- Certification in Foodsafety (e.g. Food Safety L-4/HACCP certification)- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in food science, or a related field.- NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)- 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; HSE experience in catering, hospitality, or food services.Knowledge:- Strong knowledge of HSE and food safety local regulations.Familiar with implementing Health and Safety management system and conducting Risk assessments.Health &amp; Safety Compliance- Develop and implement health and safety policies in alignment with the school and local regulations standards.- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, food storage areas and meal preparation processes to ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene standards.- Monitor and enforce allergen management protocols to prevent cross-contamination.- Ensure all facilities and equipment meet health and safety codes, including ventilation, sanitation, and pest control measures.Risk Assessment, Incident Management and Emergency Preparedness- Identify potential health and safety risks in the food preparation, delivery and service, and implement corrective actions and conduct risk assessment.- Maintain a system for reporting, investigating incidents.- Investigate HSE accidents, incidents, and near misses; in addition to foodborne illnesses and contamination.- Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.- Coordinate with the Food Quality Assurance Manager &amp; Operations Manager in response to health and safety incidents.- Support emergency preparedness and response plans (fire drills, first aid, evacuation, chemical spills).Training &amp; Education- Develop educational materials and workshops for the staff to increase awareness of health and safety protocols.- Promote a strong safety culture through HSE awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and training sessions.- Keep staff updated on the health and safety policy or regulations or best practices in both the production and service area.Documentation &amp; Reporting: - Maintain detailed records of safety audits, inspections and incident reports.Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and develop recommendations for continuous improvement and enhance health and safety and reduce risks.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Job Summary: The Operations &amp; Client Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the luxury school canteen&rsquo;s daily operations, financial performance, client experience, and event management. This role holds full accountability for the canteen&rsquo;s Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L), ensuring that service delivery, food quality, and hospitality standards reflect the prestige of a luxury school environment. The manager also leads the planning and execution of events, ensuring that all functions are delivered with professionalism, refinement, and premium hospitality service.Job Skills &amp; Qualifications:- Strong background in F&amp;B operations with direct P&amp;L accountability- Proven experience in hospitality, event management, or premium educational institutions- Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills.- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost management, and forecasting- Outstanding interpersonal and client-service skills, with the ability to manage VIP clients and sensitive situations- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and hospitality standardsProfessional demeanor, polished communication, and refined approachOperational Management- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the canteen to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.- Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain excellence in food service, client care, and compliance.- Coordinate with the in-house executive chef, vendors, and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery and execution of menus.- Ensure cost control and stock management while meeting financial targets.- Monitor service flow and continuously enhance the dining experience of the students and the school community.Client Service &amp; Hospitality Excellence - Act as the face of the canteen, providing personalized and attentive service to students, parents, staff, and visitors- Uphold the luxury hospitality standards in the service style, client interactions, and overall atmosphere.- Manager feedback, complaints, and special requests with discretion, empathy, and professionalism- Create a safe, welcoming, and refined dining environment, paying attention to details in cleanliness, presentation, and ambience.- Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, including feedback systems and continuous service improvementP&amp;L &amp; Financial Accountability- Take full ownership of the canteen&rsquo;s, events &amp; hospitality profit &amp; loss (P&amp;L) performance- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.- Track and manage sales food costs, labor cost, and waste reduction- Develop strategies to improve profitability while maintaining the premium standards- Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance and control measuresEvents &amp; Hospitality Management - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of school events, VIP visits, themed days, and special functions.- Collaborate with school administration and event coordinators to align menus, service style, and setups with event requirements.- Ensure that all events reflect the premium service standards of the school, with attention to detail, seamless organization, and premium client care.- Train and guide staff in event hospitality protocols- Oversee the event logistics such as setup, food service flow and post-event reviews.Team Leadership &amp; Development - Lead, inspire, and coach the canteen team to deliver excellence in daily operations, events, and client care.- Manage staffing schedules, workforce planning, and performance appraisals- Build a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.Health, Safety &amp; Compliance - Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and school standards.- Conduct regular safety and sanitation audits, ensuring corrective measures are implemented promptly- Train staff in food safety, emergency response, and health standardsJob Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
