We are a leading school food catering company, committed to providing nutritious, child-friendly meals and exceptional service across our partner schools. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized F&amp;B &amp; Hospitality Coordinator to support our culinary and operations teams in delivering seamless and efficient service.Position SummaryThe F&amp;B &amp; Hospitality Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Chef, Hospitality Chef, and Operations Team to manage event coordination, ensure timely communication, maintain accurate data, and support day-to-day operational requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring high standards in both catering and hospitality services for school and internal events.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Hospitality Chef to prepare quotes, event requirements, and menu details.</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date calendar of confirmed and forecasted events, ensuring bi-weekly status updates to Operations and the culinary team.</li><li>Track materialised vs. non-materialised events and work with the Operations Team to analyze reasons for non-conversion.</li><li>Support hospitality planning for school events, internal functions, and special activities.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen production, school sites, and hospitality services.</li><li>Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-ups as required.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks related to F&amp;B operations.</li><li>Uphold company standards in food safety, quality, and child safeguarding.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (required).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in F&amp;B coordination, catering, or hospitality (school catering experience is an advantage).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive work attitude.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Growth opportunities within a reputable F&amp;B and school catering organization.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
