We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and positive team member who loves working with children and thrives in a lively, creative environment.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, engaging with kids, and creating memorable experiences for families. As a Slime Host, you will be the face of our studio&mdash;leading workshops, hosting parties, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and host slime workshops for children in a fun, engaging, and organized manner</li><li>Facilitate and manage birthday parties, ensuring a smooth, high-energy, and memorable experience</li><li>Interact with children and families in a warm, patient, and enthusiastic way</li><li>Prepare materials and supplies for workshops and events in advance</li><li>Clean and reset workstations efficiently between sessions</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment at all times</li><li>Assist customers with retail purchases, answer questions, and provide product recommendations</li><li>Handle basic transactions using a POS system</li><li>Restock inventory and supplies as needed (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs)</li><li>Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures</li><li>Support team members and help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment</li><li>Assist with opening and closing duties as needed</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Enjoy working with children and able to engage groups with energy and patience</li><li>Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable leading activities</li><li>Responsible, dependable, and punctual</li><li>Honest with strong work ethic and positive attitude</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable performing light physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs</li><li>Willingness to learn and take direction</li><li>Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends</li></ul>Preferred (but not required):<ul><li>Experience working with children (babysitting, camps, daycare, teaching, etc.)</li><li>Experience in hosting events, parties, or group activities</li><li>Retail or customer service experience</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Must pass a background check</li><li>Must be willing to undergo random drug testing</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
